The 2024 Miata Trophy Season Review

The 2024 Miata Trophy Season Review

17 December 2024

Miata Trophy returned for an exceptional second season in 2024, spanning sixteen-rounds and some of the very finest circuits the UK has to offer.

From the season opener at Silverstone in April, to the championship decider at Brands Hatch in October, there’s been action and thrills aplenty. A staggering seven different drivers claimed race victories in NC Class, with an even larger number claiming the podium trophies.

After an incredibly competitive season, it was Miller Motorsport’s John Langridge who lifted the overall championship trophy – finishing just nineteen points clear of inaugural Champion Declan Lee in second.

Langridge will look back fondly on a number of impressive displays, including double podium finishes at: Anglesey, Snetterton, Oulton Park and Brands Hatch. It was a strong and consistent campaign that earned the #5 driver the championship trophy and a huge congratulations goes to the entire team for their fantastic achievement.

Plenty of other drivers will have moments to savour from the 2024 season, achieving personal successes and playing their role in an exhilarating season.

Anticipation is already beginning to build for what the 2025 season will bring – general registrations and race entries open on Monday 6 January.
